Customers can login to their secure Atwatch account in order to setup web site and database monitoring and review their details. Customers who need assistance with setting up Atwatch features can contact us via support@atwatch.com. When setting up Atwatch for basic authentication or http post monitoring we suggest using a login and password with limited rights, privileges and access (information regarding login and password details is for the sole use of the customer and their monitoring account only.)

Atwatch will protect to the best of its abilities all information provided to us by our customers. We will not sell, distribute or give away private information. We will use the information provided to improve Atwatch and the service we provide to our customers. All account transactions will be conducted with secure connections to avoid the loss accidentally or intentionally of customer information. We promise to use proven technologies that improve the privacy of information provided to us for the purpose of using Atwatch's services.
